1. General

This user service agreement (hereinafter referred to as"The agreement") applies to Vidiary video editing software (hereinafter referred to as"Vidiary") and its related services. By downloading, installing, or using Vidiary, you agree to accept all terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this agreement, please discontinue the use of Vidiary immediately.

2. User Registration and account management

Eligibility for registration: you must be aged 18 or above and have full civil capacity before you can register to use Vidiary.

Account Security: users should take good care of the account and password, account information may not be disclosed to others. Vidiary shall not be liable for any misappropriation or loss of account due to user's own reasons.
2.2 account management
Account permissions: upon successful registration, the user will be given an account that can be used to log in to Vidiary and its related services.
Account cancellation: users can log in to the account after entering the"Settings" page, select"Cancel account" function to cancel the account. Once the account is deactivated, all relevant data and information will not be restored.
Account Violation: Vidiary reserves the right to suspend or terminate the use of this account without prior notice to the user if the user violates this agreement or any relevant laws or regulations.
3. Content of services
3.1 video editing
Basic Editing: Vidiary provides video editing, cropping and other basic functions to help users easily edit videos.
Text Date: Vidiary provides a variety of text add, users can add to the video as needed to enhance the visual effect of the video.
3.2 video management
Video Library: user imported videos are automatically displayed in Vidiary's video library for easy management and search.
Edit drafts: the user can view and resume previous edits at any time.
4. User Behavior Guidelines
4.1 lawful
Users shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations and shall not use Vidiary for any illegal activities, including but not limited to dissemination of illegal content, infringement of intellectual property rights of others, etc. .
4.2 prohibited Acts
Users are prohibited from:
Dissemination of illegal content: shall not disseminate any content in violation of laws and regulations, including but not limited to pornography, violence, terror, discriminatory content.

5. Copyright and intellectual property

All content in Vidiary and related services, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, software code, etc. , is protected by copyright law. Users are prohibited from reproducing, disseminating, modifying or otherwise using this content without the written permission of Vidiary.
5.2 user content
Users of video content uploaded or shared on Vidiary should ensure that they have legal copyright or have been authorized by the copyright owner. If a user uploads content that infringes on the copyright of another person, Vidiary has the right to remove that content and hold the user legally responsible.
6. Disclaimers
6.1 interruption of services
Vidiary makes every effort to ensure the stability and availability of the service, but there is no guarantee that the service will not be interrupted or suffer other technical problems. Vidiary is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure, network failures, third party service interruptions, etc. .

Vidiary does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of content uploaded or shared by users. Users should take full responsibility for the content they upload or share.

7. Dispute Settlement

Any dispute arising out of this agreement between user and Vidiary shall first be settled through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the local court for arbitration or litigation.
